Profhilo
Most skin boosters have a low concentration of hyaluronic acid injected which is injected in small amounts throughout the face, in order to improve hydration. They contain 10-15mg/ml of hyaluronic acid.
Profhilo contains a whopping 64mg/2ml of hyaluronic acid, therefore the resulting hydration is massive.
Unlike other products, Profhilo is much more than just skin hydration. It is made up of both high and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid. The H-Ha is for hydration and skin tone whereas the L-Ha has a more biological role. Skin cells communicate via L-Ha and L-Ha signals receptors on skin cells to make more of its own hyaluronic acid and collagen. Profhilo also helps with supporting the fat beneath the skin creating a lifting effect and scaffolding like structure.

There is no downtime from this treatment and no anaesthetic is needed.
There will be 5 small lumps on each side of the face after treatment but these spread within hours. Bruising is unlikely due to the depth of the injection.
