CONSULTATIONS

All treatments and procedures incorporate a complimentary, no-obligation consultation.

 

We feel this is an important and necessary part of any treatment.

 

This is where we can have an informal discussion that helps us to gain insight into your needs and requirements and together we can devise a solution and treatment plan best suited to you.

 

During this time if any patch tests are required we also carry this out during your consultation. Therefore in the future should you decide to go ahead with any procedure all bases have been covered.

 
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

For some of our more advanced procedures, it can be necessary for us to have to prepare solutions up to 72hours prior to treatment. In these such cases, a deposit is required.

 

Deposits can be paid over the phone.

 

In some cases of bookings lasting for several hours, we may also sometimes request a deposit of 50% in these circumstances.
Deposits are totally refundable with 24 hours' notice of cancellation, whereby no solutions have been pre-prepared.
Deposits can also be moved to your amended appointment times and dates.

 

 
CANCELLATION POLICY

At Elegante Aesthetics we understand that sometimes things crop up unavoidably. We just ask that where possible could you please bare your appointments in mind and try to please give more than 24 hours notice if cancellation is necessary.
We have an extensive waiting list and this allows for us to accommodate these clients.

 

Less than 24 hrs will incur a charge of 50% of your total treatment cost and will be added to your next appointment.

This policy extends to advance course bookings.

APPOINTMENT TIMINGS

Like above we understand circumstances can cause you to be unavoidably late for your appointment.
Should this happen we will endeavour to make sure that all your needs are still met, although please be understanding if this is not always possible.

Due to the busy nature of our clinic, we acknowledge that at times it may be us that is running behind for your designated time slot. Should this occur, we apologise as sometimes this is out of our control, and we will make sure this is rectified in any way possible ensuring the quality of your treatment will remain uncompromised.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Medical conditions, allergies and medications that may affect your treatment procedure will be considered at the time of consultation, and any treatment alterations will be noted. Should you have any health or medication changes post-consultation please let us know prior to your appointment.
