1. General
Treatment and advice at Elegante Aesthetic Clinic do not include the diagnosis or treatment of underlying medical conditions, except where specifically indicated for pre-diagnosed skin, hair, or aesthetic concerns listed on our website.
The treatments, advice, and information provided by our medical professionals or therapists are not a substitute for advice or care from your personal healthcare provider. It is recommended that you inform your doctor or any complementary practitioners of treatments undertaken at our clinic, including any changes to nutrition, supplementation, or medication.
You should never change or stop medical treatment or medication without consulting your healthcare professional.
2. Consultation Booking Fee

A consultation booking fee is required to secure your appointment with our specialists.

This fee ensures your scheduled time is reserved exclusively for you and covers the initial assessment of your health, skin, or aesthetic needs.
3. Cancellation Policy
You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.
Cancellation fees are non-refundable and cannot be used as credit toward future treatments. If your appointment is part of a treatment course, the affected session may be forfeited.
4. Payment Terms
All treatments must be paid in full before or at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via cash, debit, or credit cards. Cheques are not accepted.
We may provide options for installment payments through third-party financing partners. All financial agreements are between you and the financing partner. Elegante Aesthetic Clinic is not responsible for credit assessment, administration, or repayment obligations.
Treatment costs remain the same whether paid upfront or via financing, with no additional interest charged by the clinic.
5. Clients Under 18
All treatments are available to clients aged 18 years and above. ID may be requested to verify age.
Children under 12 are not permitted in the clinic except under exceptional circumstances with prior approval. Children under 18 must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Elegante Aesthetic Clinic is not responsible for any incidents arising from failure to follow these rules.
6. Comfort and Safety

No smoking is permitted within the clinic.

Noise must be kept to a minimum in consideration of other clients and practitioners.

Mobile phones must be switched off or on silent during appointments.
7. Appointment Information
While we strive to run appointments on schedule, delays may occur. Your therapist will attend to you as soon as possible.
If you are running late, you must notify the clinic immediately. We may adjust the order of appointments, which could further delay your session. We will, however, try to remain flexible wherever possible.
8. Preparing for Treatment
Before attending your appointment, you must:

Avoid alcohol, aspirin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (e.g., ibuprofen), and recreational drugs for 48 hours prior to treatment.

Ensure you are well-hydrated and have eaten sufficiently.
Elegantè Aesthetic Clinic is not responsible for any adverse effects caused by non-compliance with these guidelines.
9. Adjustments to Treatment Programs
Treatment programs are designed to achieve optimal results, but adjustments may be necessary due to individual skin or body responses, lifestyle commitments, or other factors.
Any adjustments will be discussed with you before treatment, and your verbal consent will be considered approval to proceed.
10. Client Satisfaction
We are committed to providing high-quality, results-driven care. If you are not satisfied with your treatment or product, please contact the clinic within 24 hours or as soon as reasonably possible so we can address the issue.
